• HB15-1143 Tax Incentive for Home Health Care — Creates an income tax credit for durable medi- cal equipment, tele-health equipment, home modifications, or home health care services so that qualifying seniors can stay in their home rather than moving into an assisted living center.

• HB15-1341 Increase Penalty Sexual Exploitation of Child — Currently certain cases of sexual exploitation of a child by possession of sexually exploitative material is a class 6 felony. This bill increases the penalty for those cases to a class 5 felony.

• HB15-1352 Naturopathic Doctor Formulary Changes — Gives registered naturopathic doctors (ND) the authority to obtain, administer or dispense: saline, sterile water, topical antiseptics and local anesthetics that are necessary for ND’s to perform already authorized minor office proce- dures.

• HCR15-1004 Statewide Uniform Sales & Use Tax Definitions — Submits to voters an amend- ment to the Colorado constitution to require all sales tax jurisdictions to use the same sales tax definitions.
